TREATY DENOUNCED
AMERICAN NOTE TO- GREECE. REFUSAL OF EXTRADITION. (United Pres* Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 4. The United States to-day peremtorilv denounced its extradition treaty with Greece, following the latter’s failure ffco allow the extradition of Samuel Insult, the millioniare who is wanted, in America in connection witn his financial affairs. A Note accompanying the denunciation is understood to have been couched. in sharp language, reflecting the dissatisfaction of the American Government regarding the proceedings in the case at Athens.
