The possibility of bringing- coloured troops to correct the current deficiency in home conscripts due to the wartime decline in the birthrate is- believed to be the purpose of General Weygand’-s tour of Morocco. The Moroccan army fears that the Moroccans may become victims of alcohol and Communism.
