Thorburn, civil surgeon, Ajmer in Rajputana, failed. Colonel Thorburn narrow Iv avoiding a dagger thrust by a Hindu youth, who was arrested. The vouth is said to be a local school teacher already twice convicted under the terrorist 'ordinance.
