PACIFIC TO ATLANTIC. NEXT SUMMER’S PLAN. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) Received 12.50 p.m to-day. WASHINGTON, Nov. 3. Following a conference between President .Roosevelt and the Secretary- of the Navy, Mr Swanson, it was announced that the movement of the United States’ Eleet from the Pacific to the Atlantic was being seriously considered. Later Mr Roosevelt authorised a cruise of the fleet into Atlantic waters next summer.
