At my then age, 58 years, it j gave me a severe shake, after which j a nervous breakdown occurred. This I I did, with the full approval of Dr. j C., also Dr. 8., who said you would l do me a lot of good; in fact," I thought I f would never be able to work again, but after several months’ treatment with exercises under your tuition I gradually grew stronger and am now able to follow my usual occupation. I, nave no reason for regrets, as I am now feeling better than I have done for years. It may interest you to know that while on holiday I came across a factory manager whom you taught nearly thirty years ago, who is still an enthusiast, doing his exercises daily.
