CONSTITUTION OF BURMA
INVITATIONS TO CONFERENCE ASSEMBLY IN LONDON (Bri-:.-p ■ mimai Win-less i RUGBY, Nov. 1. An invitation by the Secretary of State for India, Sir Samuel Hoare, to join the delegation from Burma for consultation on the question of the future constitution of Burma has been accepted by 12 representative persons. They include seven Burmese, one European, one Anglo-Indian, two Indians and one woman, They are expected to assemble in London early in December and will join the select committee on, Indian constitutional reforms, which will cease to exist when the present session of Parliament, which created it, comes _to on end. The committee probably will be reconstructed when the new session opens on November 21. It is. anticipated that the new delegates- will then be associated with the committee in the same wn,y as Indians during recent months.
The new delegates comprise advocates and opponents of separation from India.
