CAPE TOWN, Sept. 26. Sir Michael Opperiheimer and Major Cochrane Patrick were killed in an aeroplane crash at the_ Johannetsiburg, aerodrome. The machine had just taken off when it made a steep vertical turn, which proved too sharp and the ’plane hit the ground with the engines fulL out. Major Patrick was a pioneer ."of aerial survey in Africa.
