JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT
HAWERA COURT CLAIMS Judgment by default with costs to be added was given by Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., on the following civil claims presented in the Hawera Court this morning: W. V. Patterson v. F. Gush, £1 4s 6d; Hawera Hospital Board v. Ri. T. Cotter, £1 13s; Farmers’ Co-op. v. A. Kendrick, £2 6s 8d; Palmers Bakery v. Whara Alataka, £2O; George and Doughty Ltd. v. J. Flower, £4 5s Id; Hodder and Tolley Ltd. v. D. and V. Richardson Ltd., £73 9s 2d; Farmers’ Co-op. v. H. Patterson, £4 3s; same v. J. A. Johnson, 15s 9d; .same v. F. C. Raill, £8 12s; George and Doughty Ltd. v. Ngaio Lay (separate estate), 14s; W. W. Davy v. A. W. Skevington, £4 ss; George and Doughty Ltd. v. 'G. Aga.te, £1 14s; lid; Sarah Hamilton v. Helen Symons, £l9 10s. In judgment summons proceedings H. Heaven was ordered to pay Pursers Ltd. the sum of £l4 Os 6d, in default 14 days’ imprisonment, the order to be suspended if he pays £1 per month from October 1. J. McClelland was ordered to pay E. Penfold £2 4s Bd, in default two days’ imprisonment. An order was made against G. Smith to rav £5 8s to H. H. Bramwell, in default five days’ imprisonment. G. Smith was ordered to pay £2 19s 9d to W. V. Patterson, in default three days ’imprisonment. Au order to pay £1.6 16s lid was made against Joe- Holdo- in favour of A. H. Foy, in default ICV days’ imprisonment. the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor pays £5 per month as from October 1.
F. 'G. McAllister was ordered to pay C. Lansdown the sum of £6 13s 6d, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
