BACHELORS’ BALT,. (From Our Own Correspondent.) Last week -the Matcimateonga bachelors in the Manga-mingi Hall held a which was attended by a large crowd-. The hall wais prettily decorated. Mr and Mrs P. Hickey wo-n a spo-t waltz and Mrs A. Pennington and partner'carried off the Statue waltz. Mr Pennington (s-enr.) won a box of chocolates. Mrs Attrill supplied the music, a'nd extras' were played by Messrs' A. Ford, P. Hickey and D. -Silver. The M.C. for the evening was Mr O. Silver.
