OIL TANKER AGROUND
DUNEDIN HARBOUR. SAND BANK. (Bv Telegraph— Press Association ) DUNEDIN, Aug. 26. Owing, it is stated', to a, steering gear 'defect, the Norwegian, tanker Ranclla when leaving port for Balik Papaini swerved from the Victoria Channel and was stranded on a sand bank. She is believed to bo undamaged aind should get off at high tide this evening.
