LONDON, Aug. 25 General O’Duffy, leader of the Irish National Guard, on arriving at Femiov to address Blue Shirts there, was informed by the Superintendent of the Civic Guards that/the meeting could not he held. He allowed General O’Duffy to tell the crowd in the street that the meeting; was banned. General O’Duffy advised them to go home quietly. Air Ituttledge has prohibited all ■meetings in the neighbourhood of Bandon for five days, beginning on Saturday and including General O’Duffy’s memorial march on Sunday.
