JEWS MUST MIGRATE
ONJ/Y HOPE IN GERMANY. VIEW AT ZIONIST CONGRESS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Convrigut.) PRAGUE, Aug. 24. At least 200,000 of the 600,000 Jews in Germany must leave during the next five or ten years, Dr. Arthur R.uppin, economic expert, told the Zionist Congress to-day. There was no salvation for German Jews except through migration. He appealed to America to relax its immigration laws and absorb 10*0,000 Jews, also to the League of Nations to assist in placing 60.000 in other countries apart from Palestine. Dr. Soiklov, president of the Jewish agency, declared that the Jews would’ never forget or forgive Germany’s insult to Jewry. The congress adopted a resolution calling on the League of Nations to help the Jewry against German persecution, and asking Great Britain to open Palestine to German Jewish refugees.
