CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS

The usual services will he held tomorrow in the Hawera Baptist Church, Argyle Street. The morning theme of meditation will be “Sustained in Days of Adversity,” and in the evening “A Revelation Unparalelled.” The preacher will be the Rev. John Ings. Strangers and visitors will be made welcome. The Rev. Basil Metson will conduct aitli services at the Hawera Methodist Church to-morrow, his subjects being: “Things that are Excellent” and “The Call of the Deep.” The choir will sing the anthems “Unto Thee O Lord” 'Winn) and “Send Out Thy Light (Gounod). Visitors and friends will he heartily welcomed to these services.
