REPRESENTATIVE RUGBY.

(To the Editor.) Sir, —Permit me to encroach a little on tlie space of your valuable paper. Re the Taranaki team. The five-eighths line still appears weak. Why try Sangster time after time? Why .not Dowdle, Potaka or Surgenor be given a trial? Potaka is essentially a first five-eighth and is especially quick off the mark and has been, playing fine football in the later rounds of competition. After all, when. the selectors are still experimenting with the team it would do no harm to try one or two more players.—l am, etc., “RUGBYITE.”
