At the annual meeting of the New Zealand section of the Institute of Chemistry of Great Britain and Ireland the" election of officers resulted : Chairman, Mr. M. Donovan, F.I.C. (Wellington); hon. secretary, Mr. G. A. Lawrence (Wellington) ; hon. auditor, Mr T. Glendining, F.S.C. ("Wellington) ; committee, Messrs. W. R. Mummery (Wanganui), Dr. I. J. Cunningham (Wellington), Dr. J. K. II lnglis (Dunedin), Mr. E. W. Hulleti (Christchurch) and Mr. F. H. Fielder (Auckland).
