Copyright.) Received 1.50 p.m to-day. OTTAWA, Nov. 22. The Canada-Southern Rhodesia trade agreement was given its third reading in the House to-day _ by 105 to 16 votes. Mr. Mackenzie King and a number of other Liberals caused surprise by voting, for the agreement. The third reading was also given to the Free State agreement bv 89 tc 48 votes and the South African agreement was approved by 92 to 4S votes.
