MEETING AT AUCKLAND. ALL VESSELS WORKED (By Telegraph—Press Association.j AUCKLAND, Oct. 20. Waterside workers held a general stop work meeting this morning to consider the Dominion agreement, which recently has been the subject of prolonged negotiations in Wellington. Following the meeting all ships for which labour was required were worked, except the Itemueia. It had been expected that a call for labour for the Remuera would he made at 10.30, but none was made. About noon it was reported that the men had decided to work the Remuera this afternoon as a temporary measure, the .parties concerned having been in conference during the- morning. However, there was a prospect that rain would prevent work t/his nfternoon.
