ALLEGED VICTIMISATION
FARMER’S £I2OO LOSS. PAIR TO STAND TRIAL. (By Telegraph—Press .Association.) WHANGAREI, May 27. Clifford Spencer Dahlin, alias Power, and Reginald Clarence Williams, alias Reder, were committed for trial yesterday on charges of conspiring to defraud George Poyner, a farmer of Waiotira, of £I2OO, and with stealing £I2OO from Poyner.
It was alleged that the money was paid oil account of four sections at Bonsonby on which, they claimed, a great glass works was to be built. Accused were traced to Australia and arrested.
