(Ref., Wellington Suburbs) gave notice of his intention to introduce the New Zealand Institute of Architects Amendment Bill. In the course of a reply to a question from Mr C. Carr (Lab., Timaru), the Minister of Labour, the Hon. >S. G. Smith, said the new Unemployment Board met to-day for the first time for formal business. The Auckland War (Memorial Museum Maintenance Amendment Bill was introduced by the Hon. .T. B. Donnkl and read a first time.
