The League of Nations Liberia Committee at its final session proposed that technical experts in administrative. financial and health matters should proceed to Liberia to ascertain what assistance is necessary to give effect to the reforms suggested by the commission of inquiry into slat ery and forced labour. The experts should also consider the expenditure involved by the proposals, and make a survey of the resources available lor carrying them out. The Liberian Government lias undertaken to afford the experts every assistance.
