“BLAZING CAR” CASE
FAMOUS COUNSEL FOB BOUSE. (United Pres. Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) LONDON, Feb. 16. Sir Patrick Hastings, the distinguished barrister, has been briefed to defend William Bouse in the Appeal Court.
Bouse, who is under sentence of death for the “blazing car” murder, lodged his appeal soon after the close of the sensational trial. London newspapers support the appeal, contending that the verdict was against the weight of evidence.
