TIMARU PASSES £SOOO MARK
TIMA'RU, Feb. 10. Public subscriptions to the earthquake relief fund now total £4501. A house to house canvas resulted in £SGO raised, bringing the total to £5370. WELLINGTON CONTRIBUTIONS. WELLINGTON, Feb. 10. The Mayor of Wellington’s Earthquake Relief Fund totals £27,825 7s Sd. The latest donations include that of Messrs G. IT. Scales, Limited, £IOO, Wellington Wrestling Association £SO, Huddart Parker £SOO, Odlin Timber Company £IOO, Brunton’s Limited, England, £IOO, employees of .Tamos Smith, Limited, £l-00, Saint .ToliiUs Presbyterian Church, £IOO. The Wellington commercial travellers’ fund has received £2OO from D.O.'L. Whisky. The Prime Minister 's list now totals £05.051, and included in it is a contribution of £IO,OOO from the council of the Fire, Accident and Marino Underwriters of New Zealand.
