AIR MAIL CHAIN
FROM ARCTIC TO BUENOS AIRES

WINNIPEG. Feb. 2. The last linlc of the 9000 miles air mail chain from Aklavik on Canada's Arctic to Buenos Aires route was forged to-day by an inaugural flight by an air mail service plane from Winnipeg to St. Paul, Minnesota.
