The value of gold: exported ftom New Zea’iand during the eleven months ended November 30 showed an increase of £69,339 over the corresponding period of last year, according to a statement issued by the Minister of Mines, Hon. A. J. Murdoch, yesterday. The. quantity of gold exported' lor the; eleven months totalled 128,2]3 ounces, compared with 111,554 ounces for the corresponding period of last year, an increase of 16,659 ounces.. The l’espec.tive values of the exports were £527,937 and £458,598. Silver exports for the eleven months totalled 551,731 ounces, compared with 367,792 ounces, for the; corresponding period of last year, an increase of 183,939 ounces. The value of silver exported amounted to £43,524, as against £36,647.
