SMALL FAVOURABLE BALANCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 27. Details of the overseas trade of New Zealand show that during October the exports totalled £2,445,565, compared with £3,691,583 in October of last year Imports totalled £2,479,310, compared with £4.409.812 in October of last year. For the ton months ended October. L 930. the exports totalled £39,576.645 and the imports £37,040,126, compared with £48,134,089 and £40.764,226 respectively for the corresponding period of last year. Customs duties collected in New Zealand during the quarter ended; September 30 amounted to £1,953,281, compared with‘ £2.399,853 for the corresponding quarer last year. Excise duties amounted to £259,996, compared with £205,284. -.-
