RATIONALISATION OF INDUSTRY. (Britisb Official Wirelesr ) RUGBY, Oct. 24. The Home Secretary and the President of the Board of Trade, Messrs. Clynes and Graham, have concluded their discussions in Manchester with representatives of the cotton industry. They heard the views of all sections of the trade on the recommendations of the report of the Government committee, and a number of fresh points were raised. The discussions are to be continued, probably both in Manchester and London, and at a later stage they will - be between the Ministers and smaller groups.
