The Kirkpatrick Masonic Institute Empowering Bill was read a. third time and passed in the Legislative Council to-day. The Dunedin Waterworks Extension Bill, the Dunedin District Drainage and Sewerage Amendment Bill and the Waiapu County Council Empowering Rill were put through their final stages and passed. The council rose at. 2.40 n.m. till 2.30 to-morrow.
