OHiRISTOHURGII AGREEMENT CONCESSIONS ON BOTH SIDES (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 216. Conciliation) Council proceedings between the Christchurch. Tramways Board and the Tramway Employees’ Union ended to-day in an agreement. Both sides made concessions and agreed to embody the agreement in a new award with a currency of five months. The agreement was an almost complete endorsement of the present award (with one concession to the union in respect to the meal hour relief.
