CLAIM DISMISSED
ALLEGED AYR ONGFUL DISMISSAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.} WELLINGTON, Aug. 7 A claim by Ernest Harold Bosher for £1.20 against Egyptian Lacquers (N.Z.), Ltd., for alleged wrongful dismissal was the subject of a judgment to-day bv Mr E. Page. S.M. Defendant had been engaged at £lO a week, but was under an agreement to find) £IOOO capital and this had not materialised. Mr Page found for defendants. saying that the two men concerned, F. L. Thomas and Lewis Quinland, had been more than patient.
