Gales on the high seas continue to be experienced off the New South Wales coast and shipping is hampered. A number of vessels are sheltering along the coast. The Tahiti, which was two days late, encountered very bad seas, while a wireless message from the Maunganui stated that she is battling with a strong south-westerly and that her arrival will be delayed until this afternoon.
