Counsel for Leonard Mervyn Wallace, against whom the jury awarded £507 as the result of it collision on the Hutt road and the claim of Arthur H.irscliorn for damages, lias applied to the Supreme Court for a non-suit, a new trial or a verdict for defendant. The ease hinged upon liability for failing to signal ail intention to turn. Hirseiiorn. a motor cyclist, was severely injured when he struck Wallace’s ear. Mr Justice Reed reserved ihis decision.
