MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS.
THE YEAR’S (OPERATIONS. The report of the directors of the Whonualcui'u Co-op. Dairy Co., Ltd., to be presented at the 29tli annual meetinn of shareholders in the Whenuakura Hall on Saturday next states that the pay-out to date for milk is Is 44d, amt the balance at credit of appropriation account will allow of a further payment being made when stocks are realised. The directors congratulate shareholders on possession of a new factory, embodying the most up-to-date facilities, which will serve the requirements ‘of the district for many years. Ihe cost of erection ami equipment ot the factory was f 15,402. The year s receipts for. cheese and butter (including starter and whey butter) were £(.0,00 5s lOd, the charges against which were: To milk, cream and whey cream, £51,021 2s Id: charges up to f. 0.0., £0303 °s fid; charges after f.0.b., £fif>fi7 Is; balance, £3BOB 17s -Id. The liabilities of the company, including the sum of £4355 fis lid carried to appropriation account, amount to £34,OS;> 18s -Id. The retiring directors are Messrs H. Boyer and F. Parsons, who offer (hemselves, for re-election, as do also Messrs* Thomson and Veifch as auditors.
