PASSENGERS INJURED
TRAIN HITS PLATFORM. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 11 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, July 28. Twelve persons were injured when an electric train crashed into- a- platform at the Central railway station. Many others received minor bruises and cuts. Most of the passengers were standing, ready to leave, when the train struck a wall. Failure of the brakes and -slippery rails are blamed. Beyond broken windows- the ti’ain was not damaged.
