The New Zealand L T niver.sit-v. considered a report by a special committee on the question of conferring degrees, in theolo-'W and adopted a recommendation in favour thereof. The committee is to convene'a meeting of representatives of the churches in order to advise the Senate and the Academic Board as to the legislative and other requirements necessary. ;
