Volimir Biiigukv, a restaurant* proprietor, when examined by tlio Official Assignee regarding iiis bankruptcy in which his debts wore £436 aiul his assets £25. attributed his trouble to the vindictiveness' of one> creditor, on account of which- he- iv;\d finally sold his business for £l3O and walked out. Oil’ tliis amount he paid £lO6 to the ■City Council for rent, and £42 to a. .secured creditor. It was, however, stated that he had received £350. This Bingula repeatedly domed, although ho was told that the purchasei had sworn on oath that it was the price paid. Lingula also said .that he owed, two; years’ wages to a, waitress, and denied'that. he had paid her £2OO. One creditor said that perjury had been committed 1 by someone, and a resolution was carried under Section Jof the Act directing the assignee to (summon bankrupt and the other 1 two for examination, after which it would be. considered ii: orimimil m’Q'QC'Ccii could be taken.
