CAN YOU JUDGE DISTANCES?
If you are a Girl Guide or a. Boy Scout you will know all about judging distances. It is one of the things you have to be able to do before you get your first-class badge. It is ‘rather fun judging distances. It- is said if yon have normal eyesight you should be able to see a man’s eyes at 50 yards ; at 100 yards they look like mere dots; at 200 yards you may see the buttons on his coat; and’ at. 300 yards yon may iust see his face; while the colour of his can lie distinguished at 400 yards.
