A t Ibe request of the* British and Iraq Governments Sir Hilton Young is proceeding at short. notice to Baghdad to advise the Iraq Government on urgent questions relating to the Budget and currency and to preside over a special conference of Iraq Ministers and British advisors which will examine the financial situation. Sir Hilton Young is leaving London forthwith and expects to be absent for six weeks.
