The English billiards player, Willie Smith, has scored 11,643 against Clark MeConaehy (New Zealand) Avho, in play, has reached 10,920. The New Zealander during yesterday afternoon scored 1647 against Smith’s 346, and last evening carried an unfinished break of 401 to 551. He also put a delightful 478 and played out time with 200 unfinished. He succeeded in reducing his arrears to 723. Smith’s best break was 272 near the close. Tli© Walter. Lindrum, beat Leigh, aaFo received 7000, by 19,781 to 10,OS0. Lindrum’s best breaks were 483, 485 and 569.
