REPORT OF COMMISSION. British Official Wireless. RUGBY, Jan. 4. The report of the Indian Statutory Commission, under the chairmanship of Sir John Simon, which will make recommendations for reforms in the constitution of India, is expected to be ready for publication in the early part of March.
