COASTGUARDS IN TROUBLE

Twenty-four eoastguardsmon have been court-martialled at New London, Connecticut, on a charge of intoxication and theft of liquors from the Flot del Mar on December 29. That supposedly British rum-runner was found rbhsze off Montauk.
