A line of three pounds, however, was | imposed. j A disturbance at. a theatre at Miramar led to a youth from that district, also coming before the bench, and again the name was suppressed, the magistrate remarking he would take counsel’s word that accused had learned liis lesson. No fine was imposed, hut accused was ordered to pay five shillings towards costs.
