A Mukden message states that Oliang-Hsu-Liang, the Manchurian overlord, has issued orders lor the immediate departure of 60,000 mixed troops to the Siberian border, to be divided on the eastern and western fronts. A Harbin message reports unprecedented military preparations, support-, ed by naval mobilisation, while the, manufacture of ammunition is proceed-j ing at it feverish pace. Soviet raiding parties continue thensudden visits to Chinese towns along the border. Three towns, Chaohsinchin, Chunghsincliin, and Sanchienfang, are still occupied by Russians. Manclnili, near the border, reports the arrival of two additional Soviet divisions reinforced by cavalry and labour corps. A dastardly Soviet plot was discovered at Harbin to-day. It is officially announced that a gang of Reds plotted to l blow up the iron bridge spanning the Sungari River and destroy the shipyard. The arrest of the plotters led to the discovery'ot' a huge cache of arms, machine-guns and bombs.
