Totlmie, announced; to-day that the Provincial Government of British. Columbia is cooperating with the Empire Marketing Board aind will pay the freight from Britain to British Columbia, on importations of purebred livestock of approved 'breed, on condition that the animals are not sold outside the province- within a period of three years.
