HEAVY DEATH ROLL IN TWO ACCIDENTS. (Australian l'ress Association —United Service.) NEW YORK, Aug. 11. Thirteen persons were killed to-day when a train struck a Itruek carrying a. picnic party at a grade (crossing at Dallas, Texas. Six Chinese returning from a wedding to-day were burned to death in an automobile collision at Sacramento, California.
