(From a Correspondent.)
Airs. Deegan leaves on tile 22nd inst. for a trip to England. She lias ahvays been a most willing helper in any object pertaining to the welfare of the district. Next week Sister Ingles resumes her lectures to the women’s division of the Farmers’ Union. Rain Mould be very much uelcomed now. The farmers here have enjoyed a record season of milk supply and also a bountiful harvest of liay and ensilage.
