Einstein has handed to the Prussian Academy of .science a. manuscript, the contents -of which, it is stated, are more important, than the first paper on the relativity theme. The neav theme isi a reconciliation of the law® of mechanics with the laws of electro-dynamics. Professor Einstein has spent ton years arriving at the conclusion which he presents upon only five type-written pages. The academy will shortly publish the work.
