ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A SHUNTER’S DEATH. (By Telegraph—Pres3 Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 27. Accidental death, with no blame attachable to anybody, was returned in connection with the death of a shunter, Me Galium, at Thorndon, on Christmas Eve. One of the waggons accidental'!y became derailed and the deceased was caught between it and the succeeding, waggon and crushed.
