Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) Received 12.55 p.m. to-day. LONDON, Dee 4. To-day is the fifteenth day of the illness of His Majesty. It may be said that he is holding his own in a stern battle. To-day’s three bulletins, while not exactly what the people are waiting for, are certainly more heartening than those of the week-end. Reassuring ei ream stances were the Queen’s appearance with Princess Mary for their daily drive, which occupied aix hour. Throughout the past three critical days, the Queen has maintained a constant vigil at the palace. The fact that five doctors signed the bulletin, at first occasioned some anxiety, hut the official palace explanation restored confidence.

ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY’S ANNOUNCEMENT.
Received 12.45 p.m. to-day. LONDON, Dec. 4
The Archbishop of Canterbury, during the enthronement ceremony, announced that the King had six hours’ sleep last night. Prefacing liis sermon he said : “Our thoughts have been turning from this cathedral to the sickbed where our beloved King is lying. There is some fitness that the gathering, sO I specially representative <jf the church and nation should, at the present hour, have assembled to make an United remembrance of our King before God. Although all anxiety has not yet removed, we have good cause to, he hopeful.” “Prior to the archbishop’s address, the congregation, before standing in silent prayer, were exhorted: “Ye shall pray for the King, that God may uphold and strengthen him in his weakness, and ere long that he may be restored to health.
THE EVENING BULLETIN. RISE IN! TEMPERATURE PERSISTS. Received 12.45 p.m. to-day. LONDON, Dec. 4. A bulletin issued at 8.30 p.m.. states : The rise in temperature which was noted in the afternoon persists, resulting in the King being rather less comfortable. Otherwise his condition is unchanged. eacingTfor SUEZ. WARSHIP’S HIGH SPEED. Received 12.10 p.m., today. LONDON, Deo. 4. The Admiralty expects H.M.S. Enterprise to reach. Suez on Friday night. It must be, travelling at a 'great speed, the Admiralty estimates it at somewhere im the region of twenty-nine knots per 'hour.
