TRAGEDY ON A FARM.
TWO BROTHERS FOUND SHOT

HAMILTON, Dec. 2.
A double tragedy occurred on a farm at Til-ail at 2.30 this morning, when Stanley Chapman, aged 21, shot his brothei-, Bruce Chapman, aged 16, and then shot himself. Both died before medical aid could be summoned. Stanley Chapman had been depressed owing to insomnia and worry. The relations of the brothers had been cordial. The rest .of the family were asleep when the tragedy occurred, and no one witnessed or heard signs of a struggle. The brothers were the sons. o.f Thomas Chapman, a well-known Tirau settler.
