COURTS AND OFFENCES.
HEARINGS ADJOURNED. (By Telegraph—lrens Association.) .CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 24. In 'the Magistrate’s Court to-day, Percival L. 'C. Under and Samuel Ernest McCarthy, of .Christchurch, solicitors, were charged with not banking certain sums ranging from £1 10s to £5 in a separate trust account. There were three separate charges against each defendant. The hearing was adjourned till Friday.
